"SKG Watch V9" is a product (or service) operated by Future Wearing Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") that provides you with sports guidance and health services. We promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information according to mature security standards in the industry.
Please carefully read and understand this "Statement on SKG Watch V9 and Privacy" before using our products (or services).
You promise to be an adult when you start using this product (or service). If you are a minor, you need your guardian to carefully read this agreement and obtain his/her consent regarding your use of this app and agreeing to the relevant terms of service for the app. We believe that it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to supervise the use of our products and services by minors. If your child is a minor under the age of 14, before your child uses the products and services we provide, you, as a parent or guardian, must explicitly agree that we collect personal information about your child in accordance with this privacy policy.

"SKG Watch V9" application is a software used to record and analyze user sports and health data, providing professional sports guidance and health services. In order to provide sports health services, it is also necessary to collect and use your personal information. The personal information referred to in this statement includes device and network information, personal data, sports data, and health data, as follows:
-Device and network information, including device identification, device settings, personal settings, IP address, and network type.
-Personal information, including SKG Watch V9 account information, as well as your height, weight, gender, and age, can help calculate exercise data more accurately.
-Exercise data, including device location, exercise trajectory, exercise type, exercise duration, running posture, steps, distance, calories, climbing, maximum oxygen uptake, exercise heart rate, and calculated analysis data, are used to store and display for users.
-Health data, including sleep, heart rate, stress, body fat, blood pressure, blood oxygen, blood sugar, body temperature, and physiological cycle, are used to store and display for users.
Your sports data and health data contain sensitive personal information, and will only be uploaded to the SKG Watch V9 server after you explicitly authorize it in the application. You can go to "My">"Settings">"Privacy Settings">"Cloud Storage Service" to stop uploading data to the SKG Watch V9 server. For the sake of your data security, your data will be bound to your account, and your sports and health data will be encrypted and stored on the SKG Watch V9 server. You can go to "My">"Settings">"Privacy Settings">"Cloud Storage Service" at any time to delete the SKG Watch V9 cloud data, which cannot be retrieved after deletion. After deletion, sports and health data will no longer be synchronized to the cloud, and local data on mobile phones and tablets will remain. Once your SKG Watch V9 account is deleted, the account details and data associated with your SKG Watch V9 will also be permanently deleted from the SKG Watch V9 server. If you use our products and services, it is possible for us to collect and store your information. As long as you keep your account, we may always store your information.
When the application is in use or after exiting, it needs to access motion sensors to obtain step count data, and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software updates, and log upload services.
If you do not agree with us to collect the above information, or do not agree to call the relevant phone permissions or functions, it may affect the use of some functions of the software but not other functions.
We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes stated in this statement:
（1） Provide you with the following core functional services
1. Account login
In order to manage sports health data, we need to use your SKG watch V9 account data, including your nickname, avatar, gender, and date of birth (or use age instead, which is used to accurately calculate your age). Nicknames and avatars are used to display in the app, while gender and date of birth are used to provide you with better sports advice.
After you create or modify account data, it will be automatically saved locally on your phone and synchronized to the SKG Watch V9 account server.
If you do not log in to your SKG Watch V9 account, you will not be able to use "SKG Watch V9". After logging in, you will automatically obtain the account's nickname, avatar, gender, and date of birth; Failure to provide gender and date of birth information will affect the accuracy of exercise recommendations.
2. Wearing and sports health equipment management
In order to manage wearable devices (including bracelets, watches, headphones) and sports health devices (including sports health devices produced, sold, or distributed by SKG Watch V9 and its affiliated companies, as well as third-party devices such as heart rate devices, body fat scales, blood pressure meters, blood glucose meters, running machines, smart bicycles, rowing machines, elliptical machines, electronic rope skipping, etc.), we need to collect your device information, approximate location information, and network information. Device information includes device identifier, device type, and device configuration data. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish Bluetooth connectivity, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, display data sources, generate electronic insurance cards, and count device activation. Network information includes IP addresses and network connectivity status, which will be used to improve the network connectivity experience. Network information will not be uploaded to the SKG Watch V9 server.
After connecting a wearable device or sports health device, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight you enter will be synchronized to some devices (such as bracelets, watches, etc.).
Some wearable devices support the phone function, requiring access to phone contacts and call records, and synchronization to the bracelet for call functions. Contact and call record data will not be uploaded to the SKG Watch V9 server.
Some wearable devices support music playback services and dial services. We need your SKG watch V9 account information to obtain music files or dial information, and can transmit such information to the wearable device through a secure channel.

3. Personal data management
In order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of exercise data, we need to collect your personal data, including height, weight, interests and concerns, and exercise setting data (such as exercise goals, heart rate intervals, metric and English settings, etc.).
If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of motion data calculation, but this will not affect the use of personal data management features.
4. Motion data recording
In order to record and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise trajectory, exercise type, exercise duration, running posture, steps, distance, calories, climbing, maximum oxygen uptake, exercise heart rate, speed, slope, tread frequency, power, resistance, paddle frequency, number of strokes, jumps, rope trips, and other exercise data. Sports types include walking, running, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, triathlon, basketball, skiing, golf, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory, providing you with a wealth of exercise services.
We will use your personal information in the following ways: collect and display your relevant data in the "SKG Watch V9" application, provide motion data to system applications for analysis and display (including lock screen, situational intelligence, camera, gallery, music, smart suggestions, etc.), and display it in the notification bar.
"If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide cloud side storage of motion data. When you uninstall an application or switch, motion data will be lost, but this will not affect your use of the motion data recording function.".
5. Health Data Management
In order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect data such as your sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and female physiological cycle. Heart rate data includes exercise heart rate, daily heart rate, and pressure generated through heart rate data analysis. The waist to hip ratio includes a inferred waist to hip ratio and a manually corrected waist to hip ratio. Health data belongs to personal sensitive information, and the purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display, and statistics health related data, providing you with a wealth of health services.
We support third-party applications to write health data from the cloud. You can cancel authorization in third-party applications or in SKG Watch V9 accounts.
"If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide you with cloud side storage of health data. When you uninstall or replace your computer, health data will be lost, but this will not affect your use of the health data management function of" SKG Watch V9 ".".
6. Problems and suggestions
When there are problems with the application, you can provide feedback to us on the "Problems and Suggestions" interface. You need to enter your problem description and contact information (phone or email), and upload the application log. In order for us to solve the problem as soon as possible, the log may include your personal information (such as exercise type, exercise duration, running posture, and other exercise data), but it does not contain health data and information that can directly identify you (such as an account number, etc.).
If you use our products or services overseas, the personal information we collect and generate during our operations will be stored in a data center in Virginia, except for information that is allowed to be transmitted across borders by applicable law. If data is transmitted to our affiliated organizations or third-party service institutions outside the European Economic Area, we will conduct the transmission in accordance with the security mechanisms specified in the EU standard contract terms or the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Location permission: When you use functions such as generating track images, Bluetooth pairing, weather push, or other location related searches for a single movement, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location information. Telephone permission: When you pair with an associated device, open a card, or use functions such as answering and making calls, rejecting calls, and receiving incoming information on a wearable device, you can choose to enable this permission to obtain phone status. Microphone permissions: Some sports and health devices require access to the phone's microphone permissions.
Call record permission: When you use the missed call number push service of a wearable device, you can choose to enable this permission to display the missed call number on the paired device and synchronize the phone call status.
